This 3D model originated in Sketchup 8 before being converted into various other formats. The native format is .skp, while 3dsmax scenes are rendered using version 2016 of 3ds Max with Vray 3.00 as the renderer. A cabin model created by Bob1938 from the Warehouse was utilized for this project. The model proved to be robust and simple to work with, showcasing smooth and crisp edges. Minimal exterior modifications were made to the pre-made model, primarily replacing a thatched roof with a wooden one and adding a chimney feature. Windows and doors were left intact in their original positions. Venturing inside reveals the interior's functional layout of a typical vacation home. The living space consists of an open kitchen area featuring a built-in step-down pantry, paired with a large fire place that provides warmth to both the dining and living areas within this combined room space. A single master bedroom accompanies a bathroom serving as the primary restroom for the dwelling. An expansive loft area offers additional storage spaces and includes a full bathroom, transforming it into a potential second bedroom setup. Laundry facilities are also conveniently integrated into this compact abode. Embracing both contemporary convenience and rustic charm makes this cabin-style retreat an inviting haven to stay in during a visit.
