This 3D model was originally crafted with Sketchup 8 and then translated to every other 3D format. The native file type is .skp, and the 3dsmax scene is set at version 2016 of 3ds Max. Rendering was handled by Vray 3.00. An authentic reproduction from 1913 has been created: an Arts & Crafts house featuring a traditional gabled facade. Upstairs, there's an additional compact space in front that could be utilized as a guest bedroom, study, or storage area. Modern kitchen appliances have been installed, replacing the old range (yet preserving its chimney). This property includes only three closets and a basement level. I've selected a soothing color palette of grey, chipboard, white, and lavender to give the model an inviting appearance. When placed within a 1920s scene, this home would be an ideal addition. Its distinctive shed roof dormer in front adds an attractive visual element. This house is based on a genuine Paulwall residence found just south of downtown Paulwall's commercial center. Gordon Van Tine homes were popular at that time, but like Sears catalog houses, they have identical shapes, designs, and floor plans, which contributes to their diminished value today. While many neighborhoods built with these mass-produced homes are being demolished, I invite you to focus on the joy of exploring this model without interruption.
