This 3D model was initially designed using Sketchup 15 and subsequently converted into all other formats. The native format remains .skp while the 3dsmax scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016 with rendering achieved through Vray 3.00 This 5600 sq ft residence boasts a 3-story entrance tower, accompanied by two 2-story wings, a walled courtyard surrounded by 5' thick crenelated walls featuring wall walks and a corner tower. Characteristics include coved ceilings in the living and dining/kitchen areas with 1/2 inch reveal where the cove meets the ceiling, as well as a tray ceiling in the master bedroom with soffit lighting, and 9' ceilings on the 1st floor. The courtyard tower showcases stairs made from LVLs (laminated veneer lumber). A catwalk connects the 2nd floor hall exterior door to the wall walk. All windows are designed as casements. Interior elements feature painted trim along with wood-grained doors. Additionally, a firewood and kindling cubby offers external access while garage doors have been custom-created with applied trim. Attic access is available from the 3rd floor, complemented by stepped buttresses on the entry tower with stepped arches. Exterior walls are composed of stucco combined with brick veneer over concrete blocks. The residence comes fully equipped with all appliances except for a washer and dryer, encouraging buyers to "Bring Your Own" (BYO) equipment TY contributors.
