This 3D model originated with Sketchup 8 before being transformed into every other format. The native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scenes utilize 2016 versions, rendered using Vray 3.00. A chimney at the forefront draws attention to it, paired with river rock veneer and wood-clad siding. The lightly pitched roof lends a distinctly retro feel to the entire structure.
