This 3D model was initially designed using Sketchup 8 before being converted into other formats. The native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scenes are rendered with Vray 3.00 in version 2016. Designed for Southern California families, this house showcases its amenities through its layout. Four spacious bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms make up the interior space, accompanied by two living areas, a formal dining room, breakfast nook, and 3-car garage. The entrance is marked by an impressive high vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, leading into a well-appointed front room. Floor-to-ceiling windows adorn the living area, complementing the fire place that boasts a niche for a television set. The kitchen comes equipped with ample storage via a pantry. Daylight pours in from a sliding glass door lighting up the breakfast nook area, seamlessly transitioning to a spacious family room. Rounding out the ground floor is the laundry room, boasting additional convenience features like a water closet. Above resides three walk-in closets within four generously-sized bedrooms and offers an extra bedroom that doubles as an office space if needed. Notably positioned in the garage is a supporting pilar which holds structural integrity. Beyond the unseeable locked door in the basement lie concealed essential elements: furnace and WH downstairs cater to the main zone. Additional essentials also are strategically positioned for service rooms upstairs, ensuring warmth during winter months through their provision of both water heaters and heating appliances. Thanks go to Sketchup for furnishing key architectural features and fixtures that complete this dream abode – lighted entryways from custom designs at entrance.
