This model was born in Sketchup 8 before being translated to all other major 3D formats out there. At its core, it's a .skp file that gets fired up in a native 3ds Max scene with the 2016 version of the software. It looks sleek with Vray 3.00 handling all the rendering work for us, especially where the house frame, upper story, clerestory roof and windows come into play.
