House Fan Dial

Whole house fan dial broke beyond repair, replacement parts nowhere to be found. The dial consists of two distinct components: one is the actual circular face, while the other serves as a sliding piston that connects to the first part. Modifying this design to fit various applications seems like a relatively straightforward process. To reassemble the broken dial, I employed hot glue, despite its potential limitations. The results have been satisfactory for my needs so far.
