This model measures 37,300 x 28,700 x 8,060 mm and was created using 3ds Max 2018 software. V-Ray Advanced 3.60.03 was used for rendering. The model itself consists of 365,807 polygons and 42,498 vertices without trees; however, when including trees the number of polygons increases to 10,923,746 with 15,825,710 vertices. The file has been divided into two parts: the main model and the trees for ease of use. All textures and HDRI maps are included, though the interior is not. The model is thoughtfully grouped, and custom state sets have been created with prepared textures and materials for a seamless rendering experience. Please be aware that this model may put a strain on your hardware due to V-Ray fur, roof, and tree elements (if merged).
