The project boasts two levels, with the ground floor occupying a spacious 60 square meters and featuring one room, a bathroom, living area, kitchen, all perfectly blended into a single cohesive space. Meanwhile, the first floor offers one generous room, a bathroom, and an expansive terrace that stretches approximately half across with its sleek rooftop façade, commanding views of the surrounding environment. When combining these spaces together, the project presents an overall total living area of 78 square meters as well as an inviting outdoor patio of approximately 42 square meters nestled amidst lush green surroundings situated uniquely at the intersection of two busy thoroughfares. The creation process began with meticulous modeling utilizing the industry-standard software ArchiCAD to capture precise architectural details before seamlessly transitioning to animation and render expertise offered by Lumion, yielding exceptional visuals and fluid motion for this extraordinary residential structure. Various furniture items throughout were skilfully designed employing both the rendering capabilities of Lumion in conjunction with precision crafting found within ArchiCAD, carefully curating a refined and stylish appearance reflective of the architects' creative vision and unyielding commitment to quality.
