Its native format remains .skp, while a corresponding scene within 3ds Max 2016 employs Vray 3.00 for rendering. The design features a central hall colonial floor plan accompanied by an expansive shop at the rear end. The shop incorporates a pit and a dedicated observation balcony, catering to those interested in maintaining a watchful eye over their prized possessions.
