As its native format, the .skp extension serves as a testament to its roots in Sketchup software. Furthermore, when translated to 3ds Max scenes, the specific version employed is that of 3ds Max 2016. Interestingly, all renderings were accomplished using Vray 3.00, with each distinct rendering resulting in the visuals we now see: House 2 FL P203 and House 1 FL side by side.
