3D Design Project: Classic Small-Town Residence We're creating a detailed, scaled Sketchup model of a modest house designed for the economically disadvantaged. The concept revolves around a compact yet vertically stacked building that houses a group of families, featuring small apartments on each floor. A simple 5-storey structure is the foundation of this project. Inspired by classicism and victorian styles, we're bringing this humble abode to life with meticulous detail and authenticity. Our goal is to build an accurate representation of a real-sized house, from foundation to roof. Each element is carefully placed on its respective layer, reflecting proper organizational standards. The interior design aspect of the project has not been overlooked. Our decorated Sketchup model highlights various details that one would find in an actual residential property. This model, devoid of textures, provides users with a perfect starting point for their designs. As for the finishing touches, we're keeping it minimalist - no furniture, appliances or electronic systems have been added to this 3D model.
