This house is part of a series forming an entire city block. Modeled to scale and dimensions (US Imperial), it measures 24' feet x 64 feet x 16 feet 8 inches high at the roof's peak, with 22,395 polygons and 23,305 vertices. The exterior only model can easily customize colors of materials like shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, grass, road, wood, trim, door, etc. Grass has a 3D effect that can be turned off. Modeled in 3ds Max 2015 and rendered with Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). Set to 0,0,0 axis, all objects are grouped for easy scene movement. Glass is reflective and changeable based on the scene. Gutters, downspouts, mailbox, exterior light fixtures, air conditioning, roof vents, and plumbing exhaust are included. Ideal for infill scenes, the address can be changed in 3ds Max (max text). Textures are provided in the Zip file but may need relinking.
