This 1,536 sq ft home features a single story with a garage. Exterior walls are brown siding while the entry is brown stucco, accompanied by white window frames and doors. The property includes a dark wood fence and dark garage doors. The house model comes with an entire site including yard, sidewalks, fence, curb and grass. As part of an upcoming city block series, it's modeled to scale and dimensions following US Imperial standards. The house measures 24' x 64' x 16'8" high at the roof peak and has a total of 22,395 polygons and 23,305 vertices. The site spans 151.5' x 80' wide, stretching from the back yard to the front curb and street. The house model includes materials such as shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, grass, road, wood, stucco, EIFS, with trim, door colors easily changeable. Note that there are no interior walls modeled. Grass has a 3D effect that can be turned off. Rendered in 3ds Max 2015 using Vray and HDRI lighting, but the HDRI is not included. The model is set to 0,0,0 axis, with all house and site objects grouped for easy scene movement. Glass is reflective, gutters, downspouts, mailbox, exterior light fixtures, air conditioning, roof vents, and plumbing exhaust are included. Perfect for infill scenes, the address can be changed in 3ds Max. Textures are included in the zip file, but will need relinking from the folder. The FBX file has Y rotated up for Unity import and is at zero vertical. Please note that while the model was made in 3ds Max, other formats may require modifications in different software.
