This 2,168 sq ft single-story house features light blue siding exterior walls, white window frames, and doors. The property boasts a dark wood fence, dark garage doors, and white roof posts at the entry. It's part of an upcoming city block series and includes the entire site, yard, sidewalks, fence, curb, and curb cut. The house is modeled to scale with dimensions of 58' x 36' x 18' high, while the site measures 151.5' x 80' wide. Materials include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, grass, road, and wood that can be easily customized to any color. However, the interior is not modeled. The house was created in 3ds Max 2015 using Vray and HDRI lighting but not including the HDRI. All objects are grouped for easy scene movement. Glass is reflective, gutter and downspouts, mailbox, exterior light fixtures, air conditioning, roof vents, and plumbing exhaust are included. The model can be imported into Unity with Y rotated up at 0 vertical. Textures are provided in the Zip file but may need to be relinked.
