This is a 2,168 sq ft single-story home with a garage. The exterior features green-blue siding walls, white window frames, and doors. The property boasts of a dark wood fence, dark garage doors, and white roof posts at the entry. The house model includes the entire site, including yard, sidewalks, fence, curb, and grass. This house is part of a series that will form an entire city block. It has been modeled to scale and dimensions according to US Imperial standards (58' feet x 36 feet x 18 feet high at the roof's peak, 58 feet long at the garage). The site measures 151.5 feet x 80 feet wide. The house model consists of 18,117 polygons and 19,137 vertices, while the site has 4,786 polygons and 5,899 vertices. Materials include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, grass, road, wood, trim, door, etc., which can be easily customized to any color. However, there's no interior modeled. The grass has a subdivision and displacement modifier in 3ds Max for a 3D effect, which can be turned off. It was modeled using 3ds Max 2015, rendered with Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). The model is set to 0,0,0 axis, and all house objects are grouped into a single group for easy scene movement. Similarly, all site objects are grouped together. Glass is reflective, which prevents seeing inside the house, but it can be adjusted based on the scene. Gutters, downspouts, mailbox, exterior light fixtures, and air conditioning are included. This house would be ideal for any infill scene, and the address can be changed in 3ds Max (a max text). All textures are included in the Zip file, but they will have to be relinked from the folder. Please note that the model was made in 3ds Max, and other formats may require modifications before use in different software. The FBX file has been rotated Y-up for Unity import at 0 vertical.
