This is a 2,964 sq ft, single-story house with a dual door garage. The exterior features red brick walls, white window frames, and blue shutters on the front windows. The property has a dark wood fence, dark garage doors, and roof posts at the entry. The entry ceiling has wood panels. The house model includes the entire site, including yard, sidewalks, fence, curb, and curb cut, replicating an entire city block. Measuring 69' x 55' x 21' high, the house is modeled to scale and dimensions using US Imperial units. The site spans 151.5' x 80' wide. Materials used include shingles, concrete, brick, metal panel, grass, road, wood, and stucco at piers. Trim, doors, and other features can be customized with different colors. While the interior is not modeled, the exterior has reflective glass for privacy. Gutters, downspouts, a mailbox, light fixtures, air conditioning, roof vents, and an exhaust pipe are included in the design. The model was created in 3ds Max 2015 using Vray render and HDRI lighting but may require adjustments when imported into other software. Textures are provided in the zip file, though they will need to be relinked from the folder. Please note that the FBX file has its Y-axis rotated up for Unity import at 0 vertical.
