The property features a dark wood fence, dark garage doors, and roof posts at the entry. The interior isn't modeled, but it includes the entire site—yard, sidewalks, fence, curb, and curb cut. This house is part of a series that will make up an entire city block. It's modeled to scale and dimensions: 69' x 55' x 21' high at the roof peak. The site measures 151.5' x 80' wide, stretching from the back of the yard to the front of the curb and street. The house is constructed with shingles, concrete, siding, metal panels, grass, road, wood, and stucco at piers. Doors, trim, and other elements can be easily customized by changing their colors. Note that the grass has a subdivision and displacement modifier in 3ds Max for a 3D effect, which is optional. The model was created in 3ds Max 2015 and rendered using V-Ray and HDRI lighting, but HDRI isn't included.
