This single-story home with a garage measures approximately 2,572 sq ft and features red brick exterior walls with stone detailing, white window frames, and dark blue doors. The property boasts a dark wood fence, dark wood roof posts at the entry, and a dark blue garage door. The exterior model is highly detailed but the interior is not modeled. Included in the site are yard, sidewalks, fence, curb, and curb cut. This house will be part of a series that will make up an entire city block. Modeled to scale and dimensions per US Imperial standards, the house measures 58' feet x 36 feet x 16 feet high at its highest roof point, with an overall length of 58'x58' at the garage side. The site spans 151.5 feet in width and 80 feet in depth. Materials used include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panels, grass, road, and wood, all of which can be easily customized to different colors. The model is constructed in 3ds Max 2015 using Vray rendering with HDRI lighting but does not include the HDRI file. It's set at the origin (0,0,0) axis and both house and site objects are grouped for easy scene movement. The grass features a subdivision and displacement modifier for a 3D effect that can be turned off. Glass is made reflective to prevent seeing inside, but this can also be customized based on the scene. Gutters, downspouts, mailbox, exterior light fixtures, air conditioning, roof vents, and an exhaust pipe are all included in the model. This house would be perfect for any infill scene, and the address can be changed within 3ds Max. The ZIP file includes all textures, which will need to be relinked from the folder upon extraction. Please note that the model was created in 3ds Max, and other provided formats may require modifications within other software. Assistance is available upon request. Lastly, the FBX file has been rotated with Y-Up for easy import into Unity at 0 vertical.
