This 2-story home with a garage boasts a light blue siding exterior and white window frames & doors, set within a property featuring a dark wood fence. The enclosed deck adds to the yard's appeal. As part of an upcoming city block series, this house is modeled at scale and dimensions (US Imperial), measuring 58' x 38' x 24' high at its peak roof point. It consists of 17,219 polygons and 21,330 vertices. The site spans 151.5 ft x 77 ft wide, modeled with 4,653 polygons and 5,806 vertices. Materials include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, grass, road, and wood, all easily customizable to any color. Note that the interior isn't modeled; it was created in 3ds Max 2015 using Vray and HDRI lighting but without the HDRI. The model is set at 0,0,0 axis with all house objects grouped for easy scene movement. Site objects are also grouped. Glass is reflective, gutter & downspouts are included, as well as a mailbox and air conditioning unit. This house works great for infill scenes, and the address can be changed in 3ds Max. Textures are provided in the ZIP file but may need relinking from the folder.
