This spacious, two-story home with an attic boasts white brick walls adorned with stone details and a black stucco addition. The exterior features black windows and doors, along with a standing seam metal roof that includes snow guards. A dark wood fence encloses the property, which also has a front porch entry accessed via stairs. The house model comes complete with yard, sidewalks, fence, curb, and a curb cut, and is part of a series that will make up an entire city block. Measuring 51' feet 6 inches by 25 feet 6 inches and standing 34 feet high at the roof's peak, the house has a total of 3,340 square feet of living space. The first floor and second floor each offer approximately 1,313 square feet, while the attic provides an additional 714 square feet. Concrete, metal panel, grass, road, wood, and stucco materials were used in its construction. Though the interior is not modeled, the exterior is highly detailed with a polygon count of 10,707 and a vertex count of 14,553. The site measures 151 feet by 43 feet wide, with grass featuring a subdivision and displacement modifier for added realism. Rendered using Vray and HDRI lighting in 3ds Max 2015, the model is set to the origin axis (0,0,0) and includes both house and site objects grouped for easy scene movement. Note that glass is reflective, air conditioning is included in the yard, and the address can be changed in 3ds Max. All textures are provided in the zip file, but may need to be relinked upon import. The model was created in 3ds Max, and while other formats are available, some modifications may be required depending on the software used.
