This 3,340 sq ft, two-story home with attic features red brick walls adorned with stone details and a white stucco addition. It boasts black windows and doors, along with a standing seam metal roof equipped with snow guards. The property is enclosed by a dark wood fence. A front porch entry with stairs welcomes guests. The exterior model is highly detailed, while the interior remains unmodeled. The house includes its entire site, including yard, sidewalks, fence, curb, and grass. It will be part of a series that forms an entire city block, accurately scaled and dimensioned in US Imperial units. Measuring 51'6" x 25'6" x 34', this house model consists of 10,003 polygons and 14,201 vertices. The site spans 151' x 43' wide. The first floor covers approximately 1,313 sq ft, the second floor another 1,313 sq ft, while the attic measures 714 sq ft. Concrete, metal panel, grass, road, wood, and stucco materials are used in the model. The grass features a subdivision and displacement modifier for a 3D effect that can be toggled off. Modeled in 3ds Max 2015 and rendered with Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included), the house is set at 0,0,0 axis coordinates. All objects are grouped for easy scene movement. Reflective glass reduces interior visibility but can be adjusted as needed. The air conditioning unit is included in the yard. This versatile house is ideal for infill scenes, and its address can be customized within the 3ds Max software. Textures are provided in the ZIP file, but may require relinking upon opening in other software. Please note that the model was created using 3ds Max, and compatibility with other software formats has not been tested; adjustments might be needed. The FBX format is rotated Y-up for Unity import.
