Though the interior isn't modeled, the entire site, including yard, sidewalks, fence, curb, and grass, is included. Part of an upcoming city block series, this house is modeled to scale and dimensions using US Imperial units. The footprint measures 51'6" x 25'6" x 34' high at the roof's peak point, with polygon counts of 10,707 and 14,553 vertices. The site spans 151' x 43' wide. First and second floors each offer around 1,313 sq ft, while the attic provides an additional 714 sq ft. Concrete, metal panel, grass, road, wood, and stucco materials make up this exterior-only model. Created in 3ds Max 2015 with Vray rendering and HDRI lighting, the grass has a subdivision and displacement modifier for 3D effect.
