The model does not include interior details but features shingles, concrete, siding, metal panels, grass, and road materials that can be easily customized. The grass has a subdivision and displacement modifier for 3D effect and can be turned off. Rendered using Vray and HDRI lighting in 3ds Max 2015, the model is set at 0,0,0 axis with all house and site objects grouped for easy scene movement. Glass is reflective to avoid seeing inside, but this can also be changed as needed. The house comes with gutters, a mailbox, and air conditioning and is suitable for infill scenes.
