The property includes a dark wood fence and a deck in the yard. The roof has air vents. The exterior is highly detailed, but the interior isn't modeled. The site comes with yard, sidewalks, fence, curb, and curb cut, all dimensioned from the back of the yard to the front of the street. This house will be part of a series that forms an entire city block. The house is modeled to scale and dimensions in US Imperial units, measuring 69' x 4' x 17.5' at its highest roof point. The site size is 151.5' x 52.5'. The model includes shingles, concrete, siding, metal panels, grass, road, and wood. All exterior elements can be easily color-customized. The grass has a subdivision and displacement modifier for 3D effect, which is optional. It was modeled in 3ds Max 2015, rendered using Vray and HDRI lighting, but the HDRI isn't included. The model is set to 0,0,0 axis, with all house and site objects grouped for easy scene movement. The glass is reflective, but it can be changed based on the scene.
