High-detail exterior model of a +/- 2,592 square foot two-story house with garage features stone base and orange brick construction. The structure includes white window frames and windows, gray doors, dark garage doors, and dark fencing. The entire site, including yard, sidewalks, fence, deck, driveway, curb, and curb cut, as well as grass, is modeled to precise dimensions. This model will be part of a series making up an entire city block. Modeled to scale and dimension in US Imperial units, the house measures 29 feet wide by 43 feet deep by 27 feet 6 inches high at its highest point on the roof. The exterior features 36,928 polygons and 35,507 vertices. The site measures 151 feet by 52 feet in width and spans from the back of the yard to the front curb and street, featuring 4,919 polygons and 5,710 vertices. First-floor area, including garage, totals +/- 1356 square feet while the second floor adds up to +/- 1236 square feet. Exterior materials used include shingles, concrete, siding, stone, metal panels, grass, road, wood, brick, stone trim, doors, and other elements that can easily be customized in terms of color. The model includes: * Exterior only, without interior walls * A unique subdivision and displacement modifier for the grass to achieve a realistic 3D effect * No interior modeled; it is represented as a solid box to match Unity's expectation of zero-width objects This exterior house model is ideal for any infill scene requirement. Users can adjust the mailbox and air conditioning models. Address plates can also be changed using the associated text file within the package. All included textures require re-linking from the original folder upon importing. Since the initial model was built in 3ds Max with Vray, other formats may require adjustments. Unity's FBX file imports the Y axis upward by default at 0 vertical position.
