A 1-story home with a gray wood vertical siding and trim measures approximately 1,313 square feet. This house model includes an exterior design with doors, windows, garage, entire site featuring yard, sidewalks, fence, driveway, curb and curb cut, grass, and is part of a series that will form a city block. Modeled according to US Imperial scale and dimensions, the house measures 50'-6" feet x 26 feet x 15 feet high at its roof peak, with polygons at 4,553 and vertices at 4,823. The site measures 151 feet by 57 feet wide, stretching from the back of the yard to the front of the curb and street. Materials used include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, grass, road, wood trim, door, and fence, all of which can be customized to any color. However, note that the interior walls are not modeled. The grass has a subdivision and displacement modifier in 3ds Max for added 3D effect but can be turned off. Modeled using 3ds Max 2015 with Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included), it is set to the 0,0,0 axis, with all house objects grouped into a single entity for easy scene movement. The site's objects are also grouped together for ease of use. The glass is reflective, which prevents seeing inside but can be changed based on the scene requirements. Other features include an HVAC unit, gutters, and a mailbox. This model is ideal for infill scenes. The address can be edited in 3ds Max. All textures are included in the ZIP file, which will require relinking from the folder. Please note that the model was created in 3ds Max, and other formats may need modifications before use in other software. Unity FBX files have a Y-up rotation for easy importation. Happy designing!
