This is a scaled, 1,288 sq ft, one-story home model built with red brick and stone window sills. It features mailbox, window shutters, and detailed exterior doors and windows. The property includes the entire site with yard, sidewalks, fence, driveway, curb, and curb cut. This house will be part of a series forming an entire city block. The model has 7,006 polygons and 6,818 vertices. The site measures 151 ft x 43 ft and has 19,394 polygons and 11,607 vertices. Materials include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, grass, road, wood, and brick. The door is blue while the fence is white and can be customized to any color. Note that the interior walls are not modeled. The grass has a subdivision and displacement modifier for a 3D effect. It was modeled in 3ds Max 2015, rendered with Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). Set to 0,0,0 axis, all house objects are grouped for easy scene movement, as well as the site objects. The glass is reflective for better visibility. An HVAC unit and gutters are also included. This model makes an excellent infill scene addition. The address can be edited in 3ds Max. All textures are provided in the ZIP file but may need relinking upon import. Remember that this model was created using 3ds Max, so other formats may require adjustments in other software (buyer is responsible for corrections). Lastly, the FBX file has Y-rotated up for easy Unity import at 0 vertical. Happy modeling!
