This 1-story house features white horizontal siding with gray trim at corners and windows perimeter, plus gray painted wood overhang posts. The exterior model includes doors, windows, an entire site complete with yard, sidewalks, fence, driveway, curb, curb cut, and grass. Measuring 46 feet by 28 feet by 15-foot-5-inch high, the house is part of a series that will form an entire city block. It's modeled to scale and dimensions in US Imperial, with polygon counts of 6,490 for the house and 19,122 for the site. Materials include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, grass, road, wood, and white trim, which can be easily changed to any color. Note that this model only features exterior details; interior walls are not included. The grass has a subdivision and displacement modifier for 3D effect in 3ds Max 2015 and was rendered using Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). Set to 0,0,0 axis, both house and site objects are grouped for easy scene movement. Glass is reflective to avoid seeing inside, but this can be adjusted as needed. An HVAC unit is also included, making it an excellent choice for infill scenes. The address can be changed in 3ds Max, and all textures are provided in the ZIP file. However, relinking may be required. Lastly, please note that the model was made in 3ds Max, and other formats have not been tested in different software, so buyers should make any necessary corrections or seek assistance as needed.
