This is a 1,280 square foot single-story home with an attached garage and red brick exterior. The detailed exterior model includes doors, windows, and other high-quality features. However, the interior is not modeled. The house comes complete with its entire site, including yard, sidewalks, fence, driveway, curb, and curb cut. It'll be part of a series that will form an entire city block. Modeled to scale and dimensions in US Imperial units, the house measures 40 feet x 32 feet x 16 feet high at its peak roof point, with 8,524 polygons and 8,542 vertices. The site spans 151 feet x 43 feet wide, measured from the back of the yard to the front of the curb and street. It has 18,854 polygons and 11,348 vertices. Materials include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, brick, grass, road, and wood. The white trim and door can be easily changed to any color. The wood fence is also customizable in terms of color. The model was created using 3ds Max 2015 and rendered with Vray and HDRI lighting. However, the HDRI file is not included. The house is set at 0,0,0 axis, and all objects are grouped for easy scene movement. The glass is reflective to avoid seeing inside, but this can be changed based on the scene requirements. The model includes an HVAC unit, light fixtures, and allows for the address to be changed in 3ds Max using a max text. All textures are included in the zip file, but they'll need to be relinked from the folder. Please note that the model was made in 3ds Max, and other formats may require modifications before use in different software.
