Modeled to scale and dimensions (40 ft x 32 ft x 16 ft high), it has 8,657 polygons and 8,390 vertices. The site is 151 ft x 43 ft wide with 18,854 polygons and 11,348 vertices. Made in 3ds Max 2015, it uses Vray for rendering and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). The white trim and fence can be easily changed to any color, while the door color is also customizable. The house comes as a single grouped object for easy scene movement. Glass is reflective, and an HVAC unit is included. It's ideal for infill scenes and includes light fixtures.
