This 1,280 sq ft single-story house features a brown and beige horizontal siding exterior with high detail, including doors and windows. The interior isn't modeled. The property includes the entire site, featuring a yard, sidewalks, fence, driveway, curb, and curb cut. It's part of a series that will form an entire city block. Modeled in 3ds Max 2015 with Vray rendering and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included), the house measures 40 ft x 32 ft x 16 ft high at its peak roof point, comprising 8,657 polygons and 8,390 vertices. The site is 151 ft wide and 43 ft deep, measured from the back of the yard to the front of the curb and street, with 18,854 polygons and 11,348 vertices. The model includes shingles, concrete, siding, metal panels, grass, road, and wood materials. The white trim and door colors are easily changeable to any color, while the wooden fence currently features a white diffuse color with a wood grain in the bump slot. All house objects are grouped for easy scene movement, as are site objects. The glass is reflective, preventing viewing of the interior (can be changed based on scenes). An HVAC unit and light fixtures are also included. The address can be modified in 3ds Max (max text). Textures are provided within the zip file, but may require relinking from the folder. Note that the model was made in 3ds Max, and other formats may need adjustments for use in other software; buyers are responsible for corrections.
