Modeled to scale with dimensions in US Imperial units: 32ft x 20ft x 23ft high. Polygons count is 12,849 for the house and 18,704 for the site, with 13,842 vertices for the house. The site's dimensions are 151ft x 43ft. Materials include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panels, stucco, grass, road, and changeable door colors and white stucco trim. It was modeled in 3ds Max 2015 with Vray rendering and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). Grouped for easy scene movement and has reflective glass. Includes gutters, downspouts, HVAC unit, light fixtures, changeable address in 3ds Max, textures, and an FBX file rotated for Unity import. Please note that other formats may require modifications.
