This is a 1,400 sq ft, two-story home with a 300 sq ft garage, built with red brick and stone details on the front corner. The exterior model includes doors, windows, and other high-detailed features. The interior, however, isn't modeled. The property comes with an entire site that has yard, sidewalks, fence, driveway, curb, and curb cut. This house is part of a series that will form an entire city block. The house measures 32 ft x 20 ft x 23 ft high at the peak of the roof, with 11,236 polygons and 13,123 vertices. The site spans 151 ft x 43 ft wide, measured from the back of the yard to the front of the curb and street, with 18,704 polygons and 11,261 vertices. The materials include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panels, brick, grass, and road surfaces. Doors colors can be easily changed, as can white trim. Siding panels are smaller on the sides of the house and larger on the front. This model is an exterior-only design with no interior walls. It was created in 3ds Max 2015 and rendered using Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). The house is set to a 0,0,0 axis, and all objects are grouped for easy scene movement. Glass is reflective, but this can be changed based on the scene requirements. The model includes gutters, downspouts, an HVAC unit, light fixtures, and allows address changes in 3ds Max (max text). Textures are included in the Zip file, but they may need to be relinked from the folder. The FBX file is rotated for Unity import at 0 vertical. Enjoy modeling!
