This 1,400 sq ft two-story house features a 300 sq ft garage with green siding and white trim. The siding runs horizontally on the main building and vertically on the garage. The exterior model includes doors, windows, and high detail. However, the interior is not modeled. The site includes yard, sidewalks, fence, driveway, curb, curb cut, and grass. This house will be part of a series that forms an entire city block. The house is modeled to scale and dimensions using US Imperial units. It measures 32 ft x 20 ft x 23 ft high at the roof's peak with 12,690 polygons and 13,697 vertices. The site spans 151 ft x 43 ft wide, from the back of the yard to the front curb and street, containing 18,704 polygons and 11,261 vertices. Materials include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panel, grass, and road. The door colors and white trim are easily changeable. The model is created in 3ds Max 2015, rendered using Vray and HDRI lighting but without the HDRI file. It's set to a 0,0,0 axis with all house and site objects grouped for easy scene movement. Glass is reflective and can be changed based on the scene. Gutters, downspouts, an HVAC unit, and light fixtures are included. The address can be edited in 3ds Max using the provided max text. Textures are included in the zip file but will need relinking from the folder. Please note that the model was made in 3ds Max, and other formats may require modifications before use in different software.
