This is a two-story home measuring approximately 1,400 square feet with a 300-square-foot garage. It features blue siding with white trim, and the siding runs horizontally across the entire building. The exterior model includes doors, windows, and other high-detail features. The interior is not modeled. The house comes with an entire site, including yard, sidewalks, fence, driveway, curb, and curb cut. It will be part of a series that forms an entire city block. The house has been modeled to scale and dimensions using US Imperial units. The house's dimensions are 32 feet x 20 feet x 23 feet high at the roof's peak, with 11,506 polygons and 13,541 vertices. The site measures 151 feet x 43 feet wide, from the back of the yard to the front of the curb and street, with 18,692 polygons and 11,253 vertices. Materials used include shingles, concrete, siding, metal panels, grass, and road surfaces. The model does not include any interior walls or fixtures. It was created in 3ds Max 2015 and rendered using V-Ray and HDRI lighting (HDRI file is not included). All house objects are grouped for easy scene movement, as are the site objects. Glass is reflective, so you can't see inside, but it can be changed if desired. Gutters, downspouts, HVAC units, and light fixtures are all included. Please note that while the model was created in 3ds Max, other formats have not been tested in other software and may require adjustments. The FBX file is rotated for import into Unity at 0 vertical.
