House-013: L-Shaped House with Attached Garage and Deck This home features stone and siding exteriors, a wooden deck, shingle roofing, concrete walkways, wooden trim, and windows. A brick chimney adds to its architectural appeal. Exterior models are complete, while the interior is partially rendered. See my other model for a full exterior and interior walkthrough. Included features include sidewalks and lawns, with the grass having a subdivision modifier and displacement on object for added depth. Originally created in Sketchup, imported into 3ds Max, some elements were redrawn or edited and refined for optimal results. Dimensions: Building size is 61 feet by 58 feet, standing at 22 feet high to its rooftop peak. The total site area spans 151 feet by 147 feet. Rendered with Vray Axis coordinates set to zero-zero-zero All objects are grouped together in a single group for smooth scene manipulation. All textures are included within the zip file.
