This thing was made using Tinkercad, and you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9fjKNg76RoN. I'm currently refurbishing a massive 12' x 12' CNC hotwire cutter, but one major issue I'm facing is that the limit switches for home are off by approximately 3 inches. To address this problem, I designed this device to provide precise positions to the switches. Print Settings: Printer: Alunar M508 Rafts: Don't worry about it; they're not necessary. Supports: Same deal - just ignore them. Resolution: 0.2mm is perfect for this project. Infill: A 30% fill density should be sufficient, given that the switches will cut off the motors as soon as they make contact, so a lot of strength isn't required.
