I designed a simple hot-wire cutter frame for a foam cutting project. It was printed with standard settings since looks aren't essential in this case. To ensure the rods fit snugly into the holes, you may need to use some sandpaper to widen them slightly. You want the fit to be secure so the rods don't shift around. Additional items needed: Three-sixteenth inch brass rods for holding the wire Cutting wire (I used http://a.co/2X1GD37) A 12V high amp power source, such as an old computer power supply Heatshrink tubing to hold the wire in place
