HotWheels Track Clip Connector

HotWheels Track Clip Connector

My son got an awesome haul of Hotwheels sets for his birthday, and when we started combining them all, we realized we needed two additional connectors for the tracks. I scoured the market but couldn't find any that matched the design of the originals. So, I decided to dive into CAD and CAM with my 3D printer instead of just printing out projects. I designed the model in Fusion 360 and included both STL and 3MF files generated using PrusaSlicer 2.2.0. There are a few minor tweaks I might make, but overall it fits the track perfectly without causing any warping or distortion, and it prints decently. The supports might be a bit overaggressive, but I threw it together in about two hours from start to finish, with measuring and designing included. It takes around thirty minutes to print one unit.
