Hotwheels Mclaren F1 GTR Display Base (Gulf Racing)

<p>The display base should fit with any other Mclaren F1 GTR made by Hotwheels. If you plan to use it for the British Horsepower set Gulf Mclaren F1 GTR, I have written how to colour swap to match its livery colours too.</p><p>If you wish to have a display base tweaked to fit to a specific Mclaren F1 GTR from a different brand, please send me these dimension for the display base holes: <a href="https://imgur.com/5T6mb2L">https://imgur.com/5T6mb2L</a></p><p>The display base is separated into 2 parts for easy printing and colour swap. The parts are:</p><p>1) Base</p><ul><li>BaseV2.STL</li></ul><p>1) Base back wall:</p><ul><li>BoxBackAssem.STL</li></ul><h3>Print Settings</h3><p>Nozzle size = 0.4 mm (minimum, smaller better)<br>Layer height = 0.2 mm</p><p>Filament change layer for colours on "BaseV2":<br>1) Start (Main stripe outerline, mine is in orange)<br>2) Layer 6 (Main stripe colour, mine is in grey)<br>3) Layer 21 (Overall base colour, mine is in blue)</p><h3>If you want it in the British Horsepower set Gulf colours:</h3><p>1) Start colour in white<br>2) Layer 6 grey colour to orange.</p><p>Filament change layer for colours on "BoxBackAssem":<br>1) Start (Lower half colour, mine is in grey)<br>2) Layer 9 (Thin line colour, mine is in orange)<br>3) Layer 14 (Upper half colour, mine is in blue)<br>4) Layer 19 (Gulf logo background, "Mclaren F1" lettering and "GTR" inner colour, mine is in white)<br>5) Layer 26 (Gulf logo half circle and "GTR" outerline colour, mine is in orange)<br>6) Layer 31 ("Gulf" lettering and Gulf logo outerline, mine is blue)</p><h3>If you want it in British Horsepower set Gulf colours:</h3><p>1) Start colour in orange.<br>2) Layer 9 orange colour to white.</p><h3>Assembly</h3><p>The car is tied by wires through the hole in the base</p><p>Back plate should slide in nicely into the display base.</p><h3>Others</h3><p>If you want a generic variant to fit other cars, I can't seem to find a general Gulf team logo so I skipped it for now.</p><p>Feel free to send me any feedback on how to improve the design.
