Hotswap 250 4 inch Drone
thingiverse
DJI O3 looks amazing but its very expensive and I did not want to buy more than 1. I created a hotswap system so you can easily switch between drones. The parts labelled (cf foam) I use 3mm foam core carbon fiber to keep the weight down. I have also attached a picture of where the m2 press nuts go. The battery is bottom mounted. You will also need the following standoffs: 4x 28mm m3 standoffs 2x 20mm m2 standoffs The O3 is mounted on some sticky battery pads and uses Lumenier DJI O3 Mounting Screws to secure it to the frame and to the camera mount. I also use m3 quadmula profile spacers to mount the camera to the frame. The 5 inch Freestyle version of this is now out! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6201701 Also I have included step files now to you can modify this to fit your requirements! Please send some pictures of your builds and share your designs if you modify it :) I got mine cut at cncmadness, and they ship everywhere. The design is based on dave c's sub250 4 inch. If you have any questions please ask. Enjoy!
