If you want to connect a red dot sight, a finder or some other telescope acessorie to your camera you can use an adapter like this one. It is designed to be CNC-milled from aluminium but I suppose 3D-printing would work too, given some sanding if the tolerances are too large.The red dot featured in the rendering is by Andy Williams.
