Hotshoe adapter that bolts into the base plate of the modular mini tripod.The photo and the model is different because I figured after printing that the sides are not really needed. I cut it from the model to save printing time and material. I don't think it will affect the function or the printability of the part.I designed the receiver to have 0.2mm clearance and for me it fits snugly. You might want to adjust the tolerances of the receiver so I included the step file. I printed with Eono PLA+ in white. If printed in the original orientation, support won't be needed. You will also need 3pc m4 screws to mount it to the tripod plate.
