Hoth Rebel Trooper Hat Radio Thing

Here is a companion radio for my Hoth Rebel Trooper Hat that's an exact replica from the Empire Strikes Back movie series. The radio piece I created went over really well with fellow fans at our Star Wars episode 7 screening. I added a tiny antenna on top that slots neatly into the receiver's socket. To give it an authentic battle-hardened look, I painted and weathered the whole unit, getting those precise Empire details just right. While this replica is quite accurate in terms of size, I did make some creative additions - those smaller buttons, lights, and other elements were added to really sell the rugged appearance.
