Hotend setup for custom router

cults3d

This is a custom hotend setup for my one-of-a-kind router. The concept behind it is that the airflow can easily reach the cooling fins of the hotend without cooling down the printed object itself. It's specifically designed for ABS & PET-G printing, but might not be ideal for PLA enthusiasts. Sorry, PLA fans! This component can hold a budget-friendly J-Hotend clone with a diameter of 22.25mm and a height of 26mm. The red representation in the picture is actually this hotend, while the second red part above it represents a Bowden tube adapter. The fan measures 60x60mm. Since this part is for my custom machine, I initially didn't want to share it with anyone. However, considering all the talented customizers and self-builders out there on the internet, perhaps others can still use it for their own projects!
