Hotend setup for custom router
myminifactory
This is a hotend setup designed specifically for my custom router. The concept is that the airflow will reach the cooling fins of the hotend without cooling the printed object. It's tailored for ABS and PET-G printing. Sorry, PLA enthusiasts. This part can accommodate a low-cost Chinese J-Hotend clone with a diameter of 25mm and a height of 32mm. The red item in the picture represents this hotend, while the second red item above it represents a Bowden tube adapter. The fan is 60x60mm in size. Since this part is for a custom machine, I initially didn't want to share it. However, considering the numerous customizers and self-builders I've seen online, perhaps others can still benefit from this design.
