Cut a new PTFE tube for your Kobra 2 Serie Printer with confidence. Already premeasured just insert and cut.  Note: This is the correct length from factory. If after you cut PTFE tube and you insert, and it appears to long.  You will need to heat up your hot end and clean out the melted PTFE and filament keeping your new PTFE tube from going all the way down in your heat break or you will keep having this problem in future and have print quality issues. Use a quality PTFE tubing in your hotend. Don't cheap out here. Also, Capricorn is the industry standard for PTFE tubing. But there are a lot of fake Capricorn tube out there. Buying from a reputable company is the best way.  Excepted life span of PTFE tubing is about 6 mouths with normal use. If you're running none stop, I would schedule maintenance for every 2 to 3 months to swap the tube, so you don't have to worry about it. Tips to prolong the life of your PTFE tubing:When you finish your prints don't just turn your printer off make sure to let the fan run and cool the hot end down properly. Excessive retraction can stress the tube and lead to premature wear. Make sure to cut to correct length and the ends true as possible.  Print Instructions: 20-25 infillno support How to disassemble the hotend to replace the PTFE Tube.Step 1. Use a 2.5mm hex key to remove the two bolts holding the extruder cover on.  Step 2. Can unplug fan if it gets in your way Also can unplug thermistor and heater for easier install. Use a M2.0 hex key to loosen the 2 grub screw that hold the hotend. The hotend will now be able to be removed. Step 3. Remove hotend and remove old PTFE tube and replace with new. Note: This is the correct length from factory. All tests were done with Prusa slicer. With that being said. Increased diameter of hole old version was too tight for Capricorn tubing and chamfered the hole edges keep from sagging when printing with no supports.  2/13/2024 If you have downloaded the Kobra 2 Max Jig Before this date, please throw it away and download the Kobra 2 Series PTFE Jig V3 .  Was Model on a first release Kobra 2 Max. Anycubic has update their design to be uniform across the whole Kobra 2 Series. To keep from confusion and downloading wrong one.  I am removing this version.
