Hotend Mount E3D + Volcano

I remounted the original sensor to fix its position, then added a mount for my pibot, which I actually utilize regularly. My goal was to maintain roughly the same distance between the nozzle and the bed as with both the volcano and normal E3D hotend designs without altering part cooling.
