Hotend Fan for Printrbot Simple Metal

This is a custom design for the all-metal Ubis hotend featuring the Printrbot hotend cooling fan.\r\n\r\nMy main goal was to silence my printer, eliminating the annoying rattle caused by the original snap-on fit against the hotend, which got looser over time.\r\n\r\nI based this remix on the official Printrbot hotend fan mount available on Youmagine.\r\n\r\nAfter switching to a 50x15 blower, I mounted this design directly to the frame, effectively eliminating the rattle. Initially, I aimed to create a non-snapping design that wouldn't touch the hotend at all, but it proved impractical due to shifting and rattling issues, not to mention blowing air directly onto the printed part. Perhaps someday I'll revisit this concept.\r\n\r\nI also swapped the fan size from 30mm to 40mm, significantly reducing noise levels since the 40mm fan can be run at a slower speed without compromising cooling performance.
